A new year is just around the corner, and with that come resolutions to stop smoking, stop drinking, and/or lose weight.
Well, if you live in Arlington County, you might not need to worry about the weight thing. According to Graphiq.com, Arlington is the "least obese" county in Virginia. Only 29,782 of the close to 225,000 residents are considered obese, or just 16.7%.
Unfortunately, if you live in Sussex County, you may be putting that lose weight resolution front and center. 38.7% of the adult population in Sussex is considered obese.
Statewide, the average is 27.3%. That means more than 70% of us will be focusing on those smoking and drinking habits.
