Grand Caverns Regional Park in Grottoes, Virginia is right up there with Virginia's best caverns. This network of caves includes huge Cathedral Hall, one of the largest underground rooms in the East, and the 5,000 square foot Grand Ballroom, where dances were actually held in the early 1800's. Signatures on the walls record the quartering of Stonewall Jackson's troops near here during the Valley Campaign. And most unique of all, more than 200 formations called "shields" can be seen here. Their growth patterns remain a mystery to geologists.
We are quite proud to be a Virginia company, and what better way to celebrate this than by celebrating Virginia!
