I want to acknolwedge the find job done by Larry Sims. A few days after the installation of the new system, the restaurant's credit card processing capabilities went out. I thought it had to do with the porting of some POTS lines, but as it turned out, this outage had nothing to do with that and was just a terrible coincidence. Larry was immediately dispatched with no arguments from Simplicity. He confirmed the POTS lines were working fine and that the credit card processing had been going out over the internet, not the phone lines. But it still was not working and this is trouble if a restaurant cannot process credit cards. Larry identified internal wiring that ran to the restuarant office and connected this to our opering POTS lines. This was connected to the credit card processing and all was good. Larry went beyond by finding a solution to a problem that was not his. He did a great job with the customer in mind and I wanted to point this out. Thanks for having such caring customer service!
