Before joining Simplicity, was a Project Manager and Onboarding Specialist for a VoIP company, overseeing their knowledge base, assisting with quality assurance and streamlining processes to achieve quick and effective project turnaround.
Char is Simplicity’s dedicated point of contact for Sales inquiries and basic partner support guidance.
Char is a Google Certified Project Manager and NetSapiens Foundations Certified.
