The Simplicity Process

Number 1


You are assigned a client services project manager who kicks things off by bringing together your team for a welcome call. Prior to the call, a welcome packet is completed to begin the customization of your business phone system.

Number 2


Our in-house technicians visit your location(s) and perform a comprehensive site survey to confirm infrastructure specs. In-depth project management and progress updates continue.

Number 3


After provisioning, phone set-up and number porting are done on-site on the day of install. Once your system is functioning, on-site user training is provided. Ongoing support via phone and an online knowledgebase is offered at no cost to you.

Onsite Delivery, Support and Training is the Simplicity VoIP Difference

VoIP companies have traditionally provided plug-and-play service as the primary method of delivering business phone solutions. Typically, no onsite support or training is offered and if it is, it's offered for a fee. Simplicity VoIP was founded because of this gap in the hosted VoIP and Cloud communications market.
