The FREE SimplicityWeb softphone application allows your computer to be used as a phone – making and receiving calls – and is included in your hosted phone system. Accessed through the online portal, this feature extends VoIP functionality and features of the Simplicity platform to your computer delivering a full Unified Communications solution.
SimplicityGO© Mobile App
Through a FREE download, the SimplicityGO mobile app for iOS and Android devices allows you to access the VoIP functionality and features of your Simplicity platform on your mobile devices delivering a full Unified Communications solution. The app replicates your office phone identity when making or receiving calls from their device protecting private cell phone numbers.
Chat & SMS
Chat and SMS are new features are built into the Simplicity platform and available on our softphone and mobile applications for a nominal fee. These tools help team communications and support collaboration.
Free features built into the Simplicity platform that support your business during normal circumstances can also be used in extraordinary times. For example, auto attendants, time frames and answering rules can be adjusted to support remote workers and let your clients know your business’s operating hours.
