Through a FREE download, the SimplicityGO mobile app for iOS and Android devices allows you to access the VoIP functionality and features of your Simplicity platform on your mobile devices delivering a full Unified Communications solution. The app replicates your office phone identity when making or receiving calls from their device protecting private cell phone numbers.
Chat & SMS
Chat and SMS are features are built into the Simplicity platform and available on our softphone and mobile applications for FREE. These tools help team communicate and support collaboration. Texting is often the preferred method by customers. Easily send message and images through your Simplicity phone system.
Free features built into the Simplicity platform that support your business during normal circumstances can also be used in extraordinary times. For example, auto attendants, time frames and answering rules can be adjusted to support remote workers and let your clients know your business’s operating hours.
