Terms & Conditions

This Service Order is subject to and governed by the Simplicity Master Services Agreement General Terms of Services and the various Simplicity Terms of Service and/or policies (“TOS”) documents for voice, internet or any other Simplicity Services which are available at www.SimplicityVoIP.net (collectively with this Service Order, the “Agreement”). Your signature acknowledges that you have read, understand the TOS and accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement and that you are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Service Order. The Agreement is incorporated by reference into this Service Order and by signing this Service Order, Customer agrees to the Agreement. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements (written or oral), understandings, statements or proposals concerning the Services. No statement, representation or warranty made by any agent or representative of Simplicity regarding the Services to be provided hereunder or the rates therefore shall be binding upon Simplicity unless expressly included herein. By signature above Customer promises to pay Simplicity all fees and charges set forth above under the Agreement.

This Service Order shall not become valid until an authorized representative of Customer has executed this Service Order or the order has been placed. This Service Order is not binding without a Simplicity authorized signature. The Parties hereby acknowledge that the Service Order may be executed in two or more counterparts and duplicate originals, including electronic and facsimile counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The Parties intend that any counterpart copy signed and exchanged shall be fully binding as an original handwritten executed copy and all such copies together shall constitute one instrument. This Service Order shall be held as Confidential Information by the Parties.
